Accessibility Statement

At Alarcón Law we want everyone to be able to use this site, regardless of ability or the technology they browse with.

1. Our standard

This site was designed and built with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, level AA, as its reference.

2. Measures in place

Semantic structure with hierarchical headings and labeled regions, navigable with a screen reader.

Full keyboard navigation, with visible focus indicators on every interactive element and a skip-to-content link.

Color contrast meeting level AA on text and controls.

The system's reduced-motion preference (prefers-reduced-motion) is honored: animations are automatically disabled.

Alternative text on meaningful images, and forms with labels and error messages announced to assistive technology.

Touch targets of sufficient size on the mobile version.

3. Known limitations

Videos are hosted on third-party platforms (YouTube) and depend on the captions available for each video.

Some downloadable documents provided by third parties may not be fully tagged for screen readers.

4. Help us improve

If you encounter an accessibility barrier on this site, write to alarconabogados@alarconlaw.com describing the page and the issue. We will address your report promptly.
